Hydraulic Tailgate Service uses a vehicle's own tail-lift to lower heavy or palletised goods to ground level, for delivery sites that have no forklift or loading dock to unload otherwise.
This suits residential drops, retail storefronts, and restricted-access sites: anywhere the goods need to come off the truck at ground level without a forklift on either end.
It doesn't suit sites that already have forklift or dock access, where Pallet Freight and Container Services is the more direct fit. It also doesn't suit freight too large or heavy for a tailgate's own lifting capacity, which is a question for the depot directly.
To book a Hydraulic Tailgate delivery, we need the pickup and delivery addresses, a description of the goods, their approximate weight, and confirmation that the delivery site has no forklift or dock access.
